The Safe Schools, Healthy Students Initiative is proud to offer A.S.A.P., the After School Activities Program offering a variety of programs for middle school students outside their academic day. This program is in collaboration with a variety of community partners including youth development organizations, higher education and businesses to name a few.

Below you will find a list of participating middle schools and links to their individual websites which includes information about all after school activities at each school. A link is also provided with contact information for the Youth and Community Specialists coordinating after school programs at individual middle schools.

During the summer months, each middle school will host special activities on and off site. Please link onto the 2008 Summer Activities for Youth page on the left side menu for specific details or call the Youth and Community Specialist at your middle school.

Please note that this site does not include summer programs for participating Educational Service District 101 schools (Cheney, Deer Park, Medical Lake, Nine Mile, Riverside and Spokane). Please contact Tammie Shaw, Project Coordinator, Center For Prevention, ESD 101 at (509) 323-2726 or tshaw@esd101.net for more information.
